Well that was a failure. I followed the instructions on this video by Clare Benn of Committed to Cloth.
The colour came out of the finished sample – very pale and insipid, probably because I use compatable inks in my printer.
UPDATE 18th October – I need a new scanner so treated myself to an all-in-one Printer 1/2 price from Argos. I’ll have another got at this technique once I’ve got it set up as it comes with good inks.
